Hello, I'm Alejandra. I founded Calibrator Coaching & Consulting with a clear goal in mind: to help organizations succeed by providing the tools and support they need to achieve their goals.

I consider myself incredibly lucky to live in a community that I love, so I have found a great sense of satisfaction giving back by serving on local boards and committees, and advocating for change, all with the intent of making a positive impact. I currently serve on the Board of Directors for the West Niagara Employment Help Centre and the Grimsby Chamber of Commerce. I have also previously served on Grimsby’s Economic Development Advisory Committee and on the Board of Directors for the West Lincoln Chamber of Commerce. Through these experiences, I have gained valuable insights into the needs, challenges, and opportunities that exist for organizations navigating today’s complex economic landscape.

Over the past two decades, I have had the invaluable opportunity to develop expertise across a broad range of disciplines, including government relations, community and stakeholder engagement, employment advising, talent attraction and retention, workforce training and development, marketing and communications, sales and business development, strategic planning, process improvement, change management, grant writing, and more. I started my journey as a business consultant in 2017, eager to leverage my experience to help organizations thrive.
